Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton.

The important parts:

- Immediate start
- Monday to Friday with potential Saturday
- MUST be opened to rotating shifts
- Day shift: 6am – 2pm ($33.38 p/h), Afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm ($38.38)
- Clayton location
- Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual

What you will be required to do:

- Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 25kg
- Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks
- Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products
- Carry out machine calibration, cleaning, and changeovers
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting throughout all stages of production

To be successful in the role you will:

- Flexible to change to different shift schedule - day/night/afternoon.
- Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical.
- Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments.
- Physically fit, lifting to 25kg when required.




- Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions (No Student or Working Holiday VISAs)
- Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work.
- Forklift license highly regarded.
