About the Role

Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is looking for an experienced Event Supervisor to help deliver seamless, high-quality events on the floor alongside our restaurant team. This is a casual, hands-on floor role , primarily weekend work, averaging around 20 hours per week with potential for more.

Current trading hours: Tuesday – Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch; Day, night and weekend shifts available

You’ll be right in the action, leading service on the ground and helping ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Role

As Event Supervisor, you’ll assist in the execution of weddings, private events and functions, working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.

You’ll be confident leading a team on shift, problem-solving in real time, and maintaining calm during busy service periods.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting and supervising event service alongside the restaurant team





- Coordinating floor and bar teams during events

- Ensuring smooth service flow and guest experience

- Assisting with event setup, running and pack-down

- Communicating clearly with kitchen, FOH and event leads

- Troubleshooting on the floor as needed

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality or event supervision experience

- Strong leadership in a hands-on floor workplace

- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

- Availability across weekends (essential)

- Hands-on, team-focused approach

- Great attention to detail and guest experience
