Miami Bakehouse is looking for an exceptional Manager to lead our Myalup Venue, a well-known stop for travellers heading to and from the Southwest. This is a rare chance to shape a successful operation, develop a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s success. You’ll lead from the front, working side by side with your team to deliver exceptional service with strong results. You'll coach and develop your team, drive store performance and ensure every part of the operation runs smoothly, from rostering and stock control to service standards and presentation.

You're a confident hospitality manager who brings out the best in others, remains calm under pressure and leads with integrity.

You'll bring:

- Management experience in a busy cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
- A proven ability to coach, motivate and retain great people
- Strong commercial and operational skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A hands-on approach and high attention to detail
