About the Roles
Laser Technician
- Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments in line with clinic protocols
- Conduct personalised consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain exceptional standards of client care and treatment outcomes
- Work efficiently within a structured booking system
Receptionist
- Provide a warm,
professional first impression for all clients
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and daily clinic flow
- Support the team with coordination and operational tasks
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Open QLD Laser Licence (essential for Laser Technician role)
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine passion for client care
- Experience with medical-grade devices is advantageous
