About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an NDIS participant in the Seaford area.

This role involves:

- Personal care, including showering and toileting support
- Providing assistance following seizure episodes (training and support provided where required)
- Encouraging independence and community participation
- Following individual support plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Caring, respectful and dependable
- Passionate about supporting people with disability
- Willing to learn and develop their skills
- Comfortable providing personal care, or willing to be trained

Experience is welcomed but not essential.

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
