We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Cantonese-speaking Support Worker to provide personal care and daily living support to a client in Strathfield, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Assist with mobility and transfers (where required)
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light domestic duties and maintaining a clean, safe setting
- Support with community access and appointments
- Medication assistance (if trained and competent)
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
- Follow the client's care plan while promoting independence, choice, and dignity
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese (required)
- Experience providing personal care
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable attitude
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability), Aged Care, or equivalent
- Manual Handling and Medication Assistance training
- Previous experience supporting older adults or NDIS participants
