We are looking for a caring, motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. You will support participants with clinical care and health management, and contribute to a protected and nurturing environment.
Position: Full-time
Working Hours: 38 hours per week
Location: Forster, Taree NSW
Salary: $85000 - $90000pa plus super
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Develop, implement, and review individualised health care plans
- Monitor chronic conditions
- Manage complex medical needs
- Medication management
- Wound Care
- Documentation and compliance
- SIL and SDA settings
- Advocate for equitable access to healthcare
Requirement:
- A genuine desire to support people in achieving their goals,
improving health and living independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant clearances
- A current driver's license and reliable transport (where required for travel)
