Licensed Solar Installer – Renewable Energy Projects

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Licensed Solar Installer to join our growing solar team and deliver high-quality residential and commercial solar installations across the Hunter Valley.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled installer who takes pride in their workmanship, values safety, and wants to be part of a skilled team helping drive Australia’s renewable energy future.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day will involve travelling to installation sites, completing solar system installations, working alongside other trades and installers, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You’ll be responsible for leading installation tasks, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring quality outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete solar PV installations to Australian standards and company requirements
- Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and associated equipment
- Carry out electrical works associated with solar installations (where appropriately licensed)
- Lead and support installation teams on site
- Conduct system testing,



fault finding, and quality checks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with office and site teams
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in solar PV installations
- Reliable, professional, and quality-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident working on residential and commercial sites
- Strongly committed to workplace safety and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- CEC Accredited Installer (preferred)
- electrical licence (required)
- White Card (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Solar installation experience required
- Strong knowledge of solar systems, installation practices, and safety requirements
