What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential Youth Worker, you may provide:

Residential & accommodation support
Transport and community access
In-home support services
Supporting family connections
Mentoring and life skills development
Case notes, reporting & stakeholder communication

You’ll work closely with young people, families, Child Safety,



foster carers, and support services to help deliver meaningful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

✔ Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
✔ Child Safety & Personal History Screening Check
✔ Certificate IV (or higher) in Youth Work, Community Services, or related field (or currently studying)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Driver’s Licence
✔ Strong communication and reporting skills
✔ Availability for evenings, weekends & sleepover shifts is essential
