Northern Territory

Lead a unique, community-led response to homelessness in East Arnhem Land

Country Connect Foundation is a First Nations-led not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering culturally grounded crisis accommodation and homelessness support in remote Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory. Our mission is to walk alongside individuals experiencing housing insecurity by providing safe, respectful, and culturally responsive support, while prioritising connection to country, culture, and community.

We believe everyone deserves access to secure shelter, dignity, and opportunity, and we work in partnership with communities to create pathways towards stability, healing, and hope, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.
