We are seeking an experienced and passionate Artisan Baker to join our growing bakery on a permanent night shift.

Working overnight, you will be responsible for producing our range of artisan breads and baked goods, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Mixing, scaling and shaping artisan doughs
- Producing sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia and specialty breads
- Operating deck ovens and baking equipment
- Monitoring fermentation and proofing
- Maintaining quality, consistency and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with production planning and stock control
- Working efficiently in a rapid-paced team environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as an artisan baker
- Has sound knowledge of sourdough fermentation and bread production
- Is reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is available to work overnight shifts, including weekends where required
