Two Bobs Sourdough Bakery is on the lookout for a few positions, we are looking for a baker and Pastry chef, and are hoping to taking on an apprentice. We are situated in Nelson Bay, Port Stephens.

We encourage a friendly and professional work workplace, with plenty of scope to grow and showcase your abilities. The lucky candidates will be motivated learners, with a passion for sourdough and/or patisserie. Experience is preferred, and a background in hospitality is ideal. Minimum 1-2 years hospitality experience, except for the apprentice role.

Must have FULL working rights in Australia. No sponsorship.
Certificate III in Patisserie/Commercial Cookery/Baking or equivalent qualification is preferred.
You will learn all aspects of sourdough production, baking, mixing and hand shaping. As well as sourdough laminated viennoiserie, while working with our small professional team on a daily basis.
