About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Carvery Chef & Sandwich Artist to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing fresh food, working in a fast-paced workplace, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for preparing and carving freshly roasted meats, making premium sandwiches and wraps, maintaining high food safety standards, and ensuring every customer receives a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and carve roast meats to company standards.
- Assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures.
- Replenish stock and assist with food preparation.
- Operate the POS system and handle customer orders when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in a café, sandwich bar, takeaway, or commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: $18.00 – $40.69 per hour
