Subcontractor requirements:
- Trade qualified painters with relevant experience
- Basic English proficiency for safety and efficiency on site
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependability and honesty
- Previous experience in strata and commercial painting projects
- EWP licence is preferred but not mandatory
- White card certification for all team members
Company requirements for subcontractors:
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Public Liability Insurance
- Valid Trade Licence
- Active Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Registration as a Pty Ltd Company
