- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods
- Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution
- Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication

- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build solid relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Energetic, personable and professional, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Benefits

- Join a supportive, collaborative and high-performing property management team.
- Manage a quality residential portfolio backed by established systems, processes and administrative support
- Access genuine career development and progression opportunities within a growing business
- Be part of a results-driven culture that values teamwork, professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Benefit from ongoing training, mentoring and professional development to help you reach your career goals
