About the Role: One Key Resources are currently seeking reliable 2nd Class Welders to join our client for an ongoing opportunity based in Netley, South Australia. This role involves working within a team in a busy steel workshop environment, carrying out duties such as prepping steel products ready to weld within a jig process, assisting with general workshop tasks, and operating machinery when required. Candidates will be expected to contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment while supporting the wider production team.

Production & Fabrication: Welding shelving/Warehouse racking parts.

Quality Control: You will be inspecting manufactured items for defects, correct measurements, and smooth finishes.

Maintenance & Safety: Sweep, clean, and organize the factory floor, ensuring strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience welding within a steel workshop on the floor.
- Workshop experience with a safety-first mindset
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Have reliable transport to and from work
- Be physically fit as heavy lifting occasionally required
- The ability to follow given instructions
- Be reliable and punctual with a goal for ongoing work
- Have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong initiative and proven reliability and work ethic in previous roles
