Responsibilities
- Driving the service bus for school pickups and drop-offs
- Planning and implementing engaging experiences and activities
- Building strong relationships with children, families, schools, and educators
- Leading day-to-day operations of the OSHC program
- Working split shifts across before and after school care
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold (or be working towards) a relevant childcare qualification
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check
- Confident driving a bus and comfortable with transport routines
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Reliable, energetic, and proactive
- Passionate about creating a secure, fun, and nurturing environment for children
