Supportive leadership team
In this leadership role, you will:
- Receive weekly designated non-contact time as 2IC to effectively fulfil your responsibilities and receive any required training.
- Lead a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG, ensuring meaningful outcomes for children.
- Build solid, respectful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.
- Mentor and support educators to deliver consistent, engaging, and safe learning experiences.
- As a Responsible Person In Charge (RPIC) you will support daily operations assisting the Centre Director with key administrative tasks, such as rostering, enrolments, tours, staff meetings and family communication.
- Benefit from ongoing professional guidance and mentorship from an experienced Centre Director with over 15 years in the sector.
About You
• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Leadership experience within an ECEC setting
• Robust knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
• Current Blue Card and relevant certifications
• Passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
