We are looking for a proactive and solutions focused Supply Chain Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. You will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day supply chain operations, acting as a key point of contact for operational and customer service queries.

About the Role!
You will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement of products across our network by:
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count reconciliations, stock variance investigations and stock control activities;
- Processing credits, write-offs and return authorisations;
- Investigating lost in transit (LIT) claims, missing stock and delivery discrepancies;
- Coordinating replacement parts and product replacements for customers where required;
- Monitoring freight movements and tracking consignments;
- Liaising with our third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries;
- Processing customer orders and receipting goods into the system;
- Identifying and resolving data file issues between Weber and our logistics partners;
- Supporting retail operations with order tracking, pricing and supply enquiries; and
- Preparing and maintaining reports and operational data.
About You!

- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Coordination role.
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Experience working with transport or freight booking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach and willingness to continuously improve processes.
