About the Role

This is a brand-current role and a rare chance to shape a national function from the ground up. You'll take the reins of warehouse operations across our branches Australia-wide, based out of Perth with regular travel to connect with your teams on the ground.

You'll report directly to our General Manager – Construction and work closely with leadership to lift standards, build consistency, and create a warehouse network that's efficient, high-performing, and genuinely great to work in.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading Nationally: Own day-to-day warehouse operations across all branches, bringing consistency and best practice to every site.

- Driving Fulfilment Excellence: Oversee inventory, storage, and order fulfilment so customers get what they need, on time, every time.

- Building Great Teams: Lead, coach, and grow warehouse teams across the country, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in the work.

- Improving How We Work: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, cut costs, and raise the bar across the network.

- Owning the Numbers: Track key performance metrics like DIFOT, fulfilment accuracy, and on-time-in-full,



and manage budgets with a commercial mindset.

- Keeping People Safe: Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across every warehouse you look after.

- Managing Key Relationships: Build strong partnerships with vendors and service providers that deliver quality and value.

- Setting Up for Success: Help guide a smooth handover of the Perth Distribution Centre to a dedicated Warehouse Manager as part of this exciting restructure.

What We're Looking For

- Solid experience in a national or multi-site warehouse or operations role - ideally somewhere with a comparable product range or industry.

- Confidence managing budgets and commercial outcomes at scale.

- A natural leader who builds strong, motivated teams and leads from the front.

- Great communication skills - you're just as comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are in a leadership meeting.

- Willingness to travel across our branches.

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- A high-energy, team-first attitude.
