Lead Installer – Full Time Role South Australia (Metro & Regional Projects)

Credo National 2 Pty Ltd is a leader in retail service solutions, delivering high-quality fit-out services for some of Australia’s most recognised brands. We specialise in recent store installations, retail upgrades, and renewal works across metropolitan and regional areas.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team in a full-time capacity with an immediate start available, working across a variety of exciting retail projects throughout South Australia.

Duties
- Install and assemble fixtures, fittings and equipment as per design plans and project requirements
- Guide and direct team on site of tasks on hand
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and take accurate measurements
- Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to schedule installations and ensure smooth workflow
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment
- Being able to travel to both metropolitan and regional stores (travel allowance when applicable
Skills & Experience
- Full time position (Immediate start)
- Maintaining a safe, compliant work environment at all times
- Reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings, and communicating the information to team members effectively.
- Proactively managing project risks, delays and issues as they arise with confident decision making and problem solving skills.
