The Opportunity
As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering premium commercial projects from procurement through to final accounts. Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, build strong client and subcontractor relationships, and continue developing your career within a business that's experiencing significant growth.

Your Responsibilities

- Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiations and contract administration.
- Preparing scopes of work and letting subcontract packages.
- Cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Processing progress claims, variations and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Assisting with project programming and procurement schedules.
- Building strong relationships with clients,



consultants and subcontractors.
- Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining quality and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction, still happy to look at residential experience or client-side PMs who want to make the transition into construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Passion for delivering high-quality projects.
