MCS Civil is seeking experienced Civil Formworkers to join our team on a major energy infrastructure project in Regional NSW.

About the RoleYou will play a key role in constructing concrete structures for major civil infrastructure works, ensuring all formwork is built to specification while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet out,
construct and install formwork for civil concrete structuresRead and interpret engineering drawings and project specificationsBuild formwork for footings, columns, decks, headwalls and associated civil structuresAssist with concrete placement and finishing worksStrip, clean and maintain formwork systemsDeliver work to the highest standards of quality and accuracyComply with all site safety procedures, quality requirements and company policies
Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Civil Formworker or Carpenter within the civil construction industryAbility to read and interpret civil and engineering drawingsStrong understanding of concrete formwork systems and construction methodologiesCommitment to quality workmanship and safe work practicesOwn tools (preferred)
Essential RequirementsCurrent Construction White CardCurrent unrestricted driver's licence and reliable vehicleAble to work a rostered 3:1 schedule and live away from homeAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Project DetailsSuccessful applicants will work on a major energy infrastructure project based in Merotherie, NSW, operating on a 3:1 roster with up to 12-hour shifts.
