- Assist pet families with care guidance and insurance claims processing, applying your veterinary expertise to evaluate medical records and make informed, caring decisions
- Manage email correspondence and phone conversations with understanding, ensuring seamless operations

- Maintain a healthy 37.5-hour work schedule, Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm (rotating schedule)
