The Role

Looking to build your career in project administration within major infrastructure?





We have an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the delivery of Roads & Highways projects within a leading global consultancy. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly, supporting coordination, documentation, and reporting across the project lifecycle.

Beyond core administration, you’ll gain exposure to project controls activities—including cost tracking/management, reporting, and scheduling support—helping you build valuable skills and pathways into more technical project roles. In addition, there will be opportunities to support bid preparation for upcoming opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills, and is keen to grow within project delivery and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teamsAssist with the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and client deliverablesMaintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to dateSupport project financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking cost informationAssist with maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reportsContribute to month-end reporting activities and data updatesSupport compliance with internal systems, processes,



and governance requirementsAssist with bid and tender submissions through document coordination and formattingProvide general coordination support across multiple projects as required

About You

You are organised, dependable, and eager to develop your career in project delivery.

You Will Bring

Up to 10 years experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar support roleStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and information effectivelyGood organisational and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple tasksConfidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teamsA willingness to learn and develop exposure to project reporting, cost tracking, or schedulingA proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in a team environment

Desirable

Exposure to project-based environments (engineering, construction, or consulting)Basic understanding of project financials or reportingInterest in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar systems
