Overview:

We’re looking for a Development Co‑ordinator with strong architectural or building design capability to support the planning, documentation and delivery of commercial and industrial development projects. This role suits someone who loves drawing, problem‑solving, and bringing design concepts to life through accurate, compliant documentation.

Experience in civil design, site planning or built‑form detailing will be looked upon favourably, especially if you understand how services, levels, access and structural interfaces influence development outcomes.

The Opportunity:

You’ll work closely with the Senior Development Manager to design, draft and coordinate plans from concept through to construction. This role is ideal for someone with an architectural or building design background who enjoys technical drawing, interpreting plans, and contributing to real‑world development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts and prepare drawings for development applications
- Produce design proposals, models and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain building licence documentation in line with NCC and Australian Standards
- Update drawings throughout construction and fit‑out phases
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, builders and property managers
- Manage project documentation, quoting, purchasing, subcontractor coordination and council applications
- Maintain drawing libraries and ensure document control
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and foster positive client relationships
- Support general project administration and related tasks

About you:

You’re detail‑driven,



organised and confident interpreting and producing architectural drawings. You enjoy collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and have a genuine interest in development and construction. You bring a positive attitude, clear communication style and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor of Architecture or Diploma of Building Design
- Strong ability to read, draw and interpret plans
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Solid understanding of NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience in 3D rendering (highly regarded)
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills
- Understanding of construction and property management processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Current WA driver’s licence
- Experience in civil design, built‑form detailing, site layout or services coordination (preferred but not essential)
