About the Role:
Manage a caseload of participants and deliver therapy programs tailored to individual goalsConduct functional capacity assessments (physical, psychological, and environmental)Provide evidence-based interventions that promote life skills, independence, and community participationRecommend and implement environmental adjustments, including assistive technology solutions
About you:
Speech Therapist (with eligibility for full SPA registration)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)Exceptional time management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solvingHonesty, integrity, and positive approach
