We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Mindarie. This is a Part-Time opportunity with the potential to grow into Full-Time, offering long-term career growth, hands-on training, and a clear career pathway within the exciting field of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

This role is part of an exciting growth phase as we expand our team, with regular relief shifts available across the wider group.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting dentists chairside during a variety of procedures

- Preparing, cleaning, and sterilising instruments to top-tier infection control standards

- Greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, and handling phone and email enquiries

- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

- Delivering professional, compassionate support to patients

- Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms and managing clinical supplies

- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

You'll also receive hands-on training in dental administration and patient care, gaining valuable skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Previous experience in dental reception or assisting is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is a bonus.
