About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of complex and strategic projects, supporting a web translation service, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful project outcomes through robust governance, planning and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-risk and complex projects concurrently
- Develop project plans, schedules, governance artefacts and reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Manage project risks, issues, budgets, resources and change requests
- Facilitate workshops,
requirements gathering and progress meetings
- Support translation service operations, quality assurance and improvements
Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience across complex environments
- Expertise in project scoping, requirements and delivery management
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and diverse workstreams
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience preparing executive reports and presenting project updates
Desirable Criteria
- 3+ years' practical application of project management skills in medium to large organisations
- Experience managing the development, delivery and operation of web content translation services
- Ability to represent management and report project progress in executive forums when required
Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
