An established and highly regarded electrical contractor based in Alexandria is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join their team.

Working on projects valued at $2M+, you will lead a team of up to 7 electricians, coordinate site activities, and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The Role

- Lead and supervise a team of up to 7 electricians on commercial construction projects
- Take ownership of daily site operations, productivity, and electrical delivery
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Builders, Subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
- Assist with commissioning, handover, and project completion

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- NSW Electrical Licence




- Strong background across commercial electrical installations
- Experience on projects valued at $2M+
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of project outcomes
