Description

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
- Manage BAU incidents, service requests, root cause investigations, and problem resolution activities.
- Monitor application performance, identify system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transportation, inventory, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions.
- Support and maintain MuleSoft integrations between supply chain applications, ERP systems, and external partners.
- Assist with testing activities including system, integration, regression,



and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, process maps, and knowledge articles.

Profile

- Experience supporting and administering Blue Yonder and supply chain applications
- Solid knowledge of WMS, TMS, logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment processes
- Proven BAU enterprise application support and incident management experience
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement, business partnering, and requirements gathering skills
- Experience with ITIL environments, integrations, ERP platforms, and APIs desirable
- Exposure to SQL, reporting, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies preferred
