Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce performance, leadership capability and people initiatives across a multi-site operation. This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on coaching leaders, employee relations and organisational change.

Known for its commitment to excellence, it focuses on fostering a productive and professional workplace while continually driving operational success.Our client is a well-established Australian industrial services organisation supporting major projects across the construction, infrastructure, resources and renewable energy sectors. With operations spanning multiple states and a large blue-collar workforce, the business is investing heavily in strengthening its people practices, leadership capability and workforce planning to support continued growth.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will partner closely with two local General Managers supporting the East coast and a 350-450 employees across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Darwin.

This is a true HR partnering role where you'll have the opportunity to influence leaders, build capability and help shape the future of the people function.

You'll be responsible for:

- Coaching and supporting operational leaders on performance, conduct and employee relations matters.
- Driving consistent people practices across a diverse, multi-site workforce.
- Supporting annual performance and talent review processes.




- Embedding HR frameworks and governance across the region.
- Partnering with leaders to improve workforce capability, engagement and retention.
- Managing employee relations matters in collaboration with specialist IR support.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across operations and projects.
- Travelling regularly to sites to understand business needs and support leaders on the ground.

Profile

Ideal candidates will be an experienced HR Business Partner looking for the next challenge, or a solid Senior HR Advisor ready to take the next step. To be successful you will bring;

- Experience supporting blue-collar, operational or industrial workforces.
- Strong employee and industrial relations capability, including exposure to Enterprise Agreements and unionised environments.
- Confidence coaching leaders through complex people matters.
- A practical, commercially-minded approach to HR.
- Experience working across multiple sites or within large, complex operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a business experiencing change and growth.
