As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and skilled service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations
- Greet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservations
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunities
- Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams
