We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows the NDIS landscape, understands how to build lasting relationships, and is motivated to help grow a respected provider.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine business development role where you’ll have the autonomy to develop your own strategy, build referral networks, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

You’ll represent Abilitypath Disability Support Pty Ltd throughout Adelaide and surrounding regions, building trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators, hospitals, rehabilitation providers, allied health professionals, community organisations, and other referral partners.

Success in this role isn’t measured by sales calls—it’s measured by the quality of relationships you build and the positive outcomes you create for participants.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Grow participant referrals through strategic networking and relationship management.

- Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships across the disability sector.

- Identify current business opportunities and emerging markets.

- Represent Abilitypath Disability Support at networking events, expos and community activities.

- Deliver presentations to referral partners and community groups.

- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless participant onboarding experience.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.





- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

- Contribute ideas that support the continued growth of the organisation.

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and has the confidence to represent a growing organisation.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous Business Development experience within the NDIS, disability, community services or healthcare sector.

- Strong understanding of the NDIS and participant pathways.

- Existing relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and other referral stakeholders will be highly regarded.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

- Current Driver’s Licence.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Working with Children Check.

- National Police Check.
