Your new role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of accurate estimates, quotations, and tender documentation for a diverse range of building and construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include: Preparing high-quality tender submissions, quotations, project trade packages, material schedules, and construction programs. Producing accurate and timely cost estimates for building, maintenance, and upgrade projects.

Assisting with the planning and delivery of projects through the coordination and supervision of office staff, field staff, and subcontractors. Conducting building condition assessments, inspections, and surveys of building elements and construction materials. What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:



A construction industry trade qualification (highly desirable). A current White Card / Workplace Health and Safety

General Construction Induction Card. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience producing high quality estimates and quotation documentation for building projects.

Experience interpreting plans, specifications, and construction methodologies. The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and safe work practices.
