The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for our next admin superstar - someone organised, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent care alongside our welcoming multi-disciplinary team. In this full-time role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to our patients, the general public, practitioners and team members.

The successful applicant will also play a vital role in enhancing the client experience while supporting our dedicated team in maintaining a high standard of client service.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Creating a warm, welcoming environment for all clients, ensuring everyone feels seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

- Performing daily reception duties, managing a high volume of appointments and handling multi-disciplinary booking schedules with ease.

- Supporting clinic operations with billing,



payments and patient record management - ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Working closely with our clinicians, supporting their schedules and ensuring they’re well-prepared for each day.

- Leading by example, offering guidance and training to junior receptionists and providing backup as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and compassionate individual who brings:

- Previous experience in reception and/or administration, ideally in a healthcare or allied health environment.

- A genuine commitment to patient care, with the ability to handle enquiries with professionalism, empathy and patience.

- Robust organisation, multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate clearly and positively with patients and team members alike.

- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare booking software.
