We’re expanding our ACT team and are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Supervisor to manage insurance claims across Canberra.

About the Role

Based in Mascot, this senior role combines estimating, project supervision, and client liaison. You’ll:

- Conduct detailed site assessments and prepare accurate scopes of work (SOWs).

- Manage end-to-end delivery of insurance repair projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

- Allocate work orders, coordinate trades, and monitor project milestones.

- Conduct site inspections and quality control in line with insurer requirements, WHS regulations, and Nexus standards.

- Identify and manage variations to protect scope and profitability.

- Maintain clear documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade qualification (Carpentry or similar)

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance estimating and site supervision





- Knowledge of residential building, insurance repairs, construction codes and standards

- Digital literacy – Prime, insurer portals, project management software

- Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card

Highly regarded:

- Experience with major loss, commercial, residential or strata claims

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction
