We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our International Headquarters in Canning Vale to help drive practical business improvement across our operations, systems and customer-facing teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, finding smarter ways to operate and turning ideas into clear, workable solutions.

This office based role works Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, Technology and Customer teams to solve business problems.
- Run discovery activities, workshops and process reviews to understand current and future-state needs.
- Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process improvements and delivery priorities.
- Support projects from concept to implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and aligned to business goals.
- Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Support change management, stakeholder adoption, UAT and solution validation.
- Use data and insights to support better decision-making and continuous improvement.

Systems you will work with

- ERP and operational systems such as NetSuite and Insphire
- Business applications including FileMaker
- Reporting and analytics platforms including Power BI
- AI-enabled tools that improve productivity, decision-making and business processes

You will be a great fit if you:

- Can engage with operational teams, executives, technical specialists and customers.
- Communicate clearly and translate complex ideas into practical action.
- Build robust relationships and bring people on the change journey.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will ideally bring:

- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Transformation Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst or similar.
- Experience across multidisciplinary environments involving Operations, Finance, IT and technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping, business improvement, change management, UAT and solution validation.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Visio or similar apps.
- ERP, operational systems, reporting platforms or automation experience will be highly regarded.
