The Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist with Humanity Health Group, you will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services while working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Your role will include a balance of direct client care and the important clinical activities that support quality outcomes, including assessment, planning, reporting, collaboration and professional development.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may support clients across:

• Paediatric occupational therapy services




• Adult disability and community-based services
• Functional assessments and capacity building
• NDIS participant goals and outcomes
• Rehabilitation and independence-focused supports

You will have the opportunity to work across a flexible combination of:

• Community visits
• Clinic-based appointments (pending location)
• Telehealth services
• Hybrid working arrangements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing occupational therapy assessments and developing meaningful therapy plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions focused on client goals and independence
• Supporting NDIS participants to achieve improved participation and quality of life
• Preparing high-quality clinical documentation, reports and recommendations
• Working collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators, schools and other healthcare professionals
• Managing your caseload with the support of experienced clinical leaders and a national team

About You

We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a growing organisation.

You will have:

✔ Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
✔ Current AHPRA registration
✔ Experience or an interest in NDIS,



disability, paediatrics, rehabilitation or community health
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced team
✔ Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
