Simmonds Laser and Tube Cutting, a leading laser cutting business in Wangara, is seeking a skilled Laser Cutting Operator & Dispatch Trade Assistant for the afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This role involves operating laser cutting machines with opportunities for career growth within our expanding business.
What we’re looking for:
- Laser cutting experience is highly regarded, however we are open to candidates willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with light and heavy materials.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible.
- Knowledge of 3D software such as Delem or SolidWorks (advantageous).
- Own driver’s license.
