About the role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a busy premium restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

You'll inspire your team, drive service standards, manage financial performance and create a positive workplace culture where people love coming to work.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a large front-of-house team
- Driving exceptional guest experiences every service
- Managing rosters, labour costs and wage budgets
- Monitoring beverage and food costs
- Delivering robust financial results and achieving KPIs
- Training, coaching and performance management
- Working closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team
- Maintaining high compliance, WHS and food safety standards

About you





You'll be an experienced Restaurant or Venue Manager who enjoys leading from the front and creating memorable guest experiences.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant or premium dining venue
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen including labour and cost control
- Passion for developing and motivating teams
- A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
- A hands-on leadership style
- Current RSA (or ability to obtain before commencing)
