We're looking for an experienced Office Manager / Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines office administration, accounts support and business administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being an integral part of a small, friendly team.

About the Role
Working closely with our management team and external Bookkeeper, you'll help ensure the day-to-day administration of the business runs efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General office administration
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting our external Bookkeeper with financial administration
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Document management and filing
- Answering phones and assisting clients where required
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating general office requirements
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience using MYOB or similar accounting software
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well independently and takes initiative
- Is comfortable learning and using new technology, including AI tools, to improve business efficiency
- Enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team
Previous experience in office administration, office management, accounts administration or bookkeeping support is highly regarded.
