We're now looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our Gold Coast team and help take our marketing to the next level.
The opportunity
Working closely with our commercial leadership, you'll shape and deliver marketing across both sides of our marketplace — the homeowners who need work done and the tradespeople who do it. This is a role for a marketer who backs their creative instincts with real data, and who wants explicit ownership of outcomes across acquisition, activation and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Building and delivering marketing plans, policies and programs that support company growth
- Setting market and pricing strategies across our subscription product range
- Digging into customer and consumer data to understand behaviour, preferences and needs
- Investigating market demand and characteristics for both current and existing products and services
- Running market research to uncover new opportunities and audiences
- Guiding decisions across the marketing mix — product, pricing, advertising, promotion and channels
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on how campaigns perform
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications (bachelor degree or above) in marketing, business or a related discipline, or a minimum of five years' relevant experience
- A track record in a marketing specialist or similar position
- Sharp analytical ability and confidence letting data steer your decisions
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, CRM systems and marketing tools
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
