About The Role

You'll work on a diverse range of caravans, motorhomes and camper trailers, completing high-quality repairs, restorations and modifications.

Your work may include:

- Insurance repairs and accident damage remediation

- Water ingress repairs and restoration

- Internal and external panel repairs

- Cosmetic repairs and refurbishment

- Cabinetry and interior restoration

- Custom fit-outs and modifications

- Accessory installations





- Fibreglass and composite repairs (where experienced)

- Supporting the wider workshop team as required

Every job is different, which means you'll constantly be learning, problem-solving and developing your skills.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work and genuinely cares about getting the job done properly.

You might come from a background in:

- Caravan repairs

- Panel beating

- Cabinet making

- Carpentry

- Coachbuilding

- Body repairs

- Marine repairs

- Fibreglass repairs

- Automotive restoration

- Or another trade with transferable skills

If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll Bring

- Trade qualification or significant industry experience

- Excellent attention to detail

- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship

- Strong problem-solving ability

- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current Driver's Licence

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)

Forklift Licence and caravan or marine industry experience are highly regarded but not essential.
