Maintenance Fitter

- Day shift (6am-2pm)
- Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm OR 4pm-12am TBC)

Australia Wide Personnel are seeking Maintenance Fitters for our client, a market leading manufacturer specialising in innovative, sustainable acoustic products used across commercial, education, hospitality and architectural spaces worldwide. The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Preventative & breakdown maintenance of production machinery
- Troubleshooting & machining & fabrication tasks
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and capital project works
- Strictly following all required safety and quality procedures





To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

- Certificate III in Mechanical Trade (Fitter) essential
- Experience in industrial manufacturing (textiles, FMCG, or similar)
- A team player mentality with a positive, self motivated attitude
- Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

Hours & Rates

Day shift (6am-2pm)
Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm OR 4pm-12am TBC)
$50p/h + super + overtime + shift loading (where applicable)
