Registered Conveyancer
We are seeking an experienced Registered Conveyancer (or working towards) to join our friendly and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines exceptional technical conveyancing skills with a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding client service. You will be confident managing matters from instruction through to settlement while also identifying opportunities to grow our client base and strengthen relationships with referral partners.
You will enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, and understand that great service is one of the best drivers of repeat business and referrals.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- managing conveyancing files from initial instruction through to settlement and post-settlement with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- providing accurate, timely and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process;
- building strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers and other referral partners;
- delivering an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat business and referrals;
- identifying opportunities to generate new business and contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm;
- ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and industry best practice;
- liaising professionally with financial institutions, government agencies, solicitors and other stakeholders; and
- working collaboratively with the wider team to continually improve processes and client outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- demonstrated experience managing conveyancing matters independently from start to finish;
- strong knowledge of conveyancing legislation, processes and electronic conveyancing platforms;
- exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills;
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

- excellent relationship-building and networking skills;
- a commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and pursue business development opportunities;
