An excellent opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-established civil engineering business based South of the River.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and has experience coordinating maintenance across a diverse fleet — from heavy diesel machinery through to light vehicles.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the company's fleet remains compliant, well maintained and operational, while working closely with workshop staff, suppliers and operations teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs for the fleet
- Managing maintenance records, bookings and compliance documentation
- Liaising with mechanics, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring downtime and ensuring vehicles are back in service efficiently
- Supporting the day-to-day running of fleet maintenance operations
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, fleet, workshop or similar role
- Valuable understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively
- Experience within civil, construction, transport or heavy industry will be highly regarded
