We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of our Perth warehouse.

This role is suited to a capable operator who knows how to run a warehouse properly, someone experienced, reliable, and confident leading from the front.

The Role

You will have day-to-day operational control of the Perth site and accountability for:

- Inventory accuracy and stock integrity

- Warehouse organisation and execution standards

- On-time dispatch and service performance

- Daily labour allocation and workflow control

- Safety and housekeeping compliance

You will be trusted to run the site with authority and discipline, while aligning with national operating standards.

This is not a development role. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can step in and take control from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch activities

- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and ERP/WMS discipline

- Allocate labour daily to match volume and service demands

- Enforce process compliance with no shortcuts or workarounds





- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies immediately

- Maintain a safe, clean and structured warehouse workplace

- Set clear expectations around attendance, output, and behaviour

What We’re Looking For

- Warehouse operations experience

- Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team

- Strong background in inventory control and stock accuracy

- Confident user of ERP/WMS systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)

- Ability to allocate labour and manage workflow independently

- Direct, practical leadership style

- High personal reliability and consistent attendance

- Current forklift license
