Delivery Driver / Yard Hand

Hire Pro is a growing Gold Coast equipment hire business, and we’re looking for a switched-on all-rounder to join the team. This isn’t just a driving job — we need someone who can deliver equipment, help run the yard, and keep our fleet clean, organised, and ready for hire. If you’ve got an HR licence, a robust work ethic, and enjoy working with machinery, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering and picking up hire equipment across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

- Loading, unloading, and securing machinery safely

- Yard duties, including washing down equipment, inspections, organising the yard, preparing equipment for hire, and minor repairs on machinery and trailers

- Customer-facing work — explaining equipment and representing Hire Pro professionally at every delivery and collection

Our fleet

- Excavators (1T–5.5T)

- Loaders (1.3T–5T)

- Scissor lifts

- Arborist chippers and stump grinders

- Trucks, utes, trailers, and a range of small equipment

What you'll need

- HR Licence (essential)

- Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised

- Good communication skills

- White Card, Forklift Licence, and EWP Ticket preferred (or willingness to obtain)

- Clean driving record

The role

- Full time position

- Monday to Friday, plus every second Saturday

- Based at our Mudgeeraba yard





- $70,000 per annum + Super
