Full-Time | $65,000 + Super | The House of Honey – Swan Valley, WA

The House of Honey is seeking an enthusiastic and organised entry-level Event Coordinator to join our award-winning tourism business.

This is an exciting hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of events and experiences, including festivals, workshops, school excursions, corporate functions, tourism experiences and special events. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly and creates memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the planning and delivery of small events, tours and experiences.

- Liaise with suppliers, venues, entertainers and external partners.

- Prepare event schedules, run sheets and operational checklists.

- Assist with event setup, pack down and on-the-day coordination.

- Monitor events to ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation.

- Coordinate event logistics including equipment, signage and materials.

- Work collaboratively with café, retail, production and marketing teams.

- Assist with promoting events through marketing and social media activities.

- Maintain event records and assist with post-event reviews.

- Provide general administrative support for the events program.

- Content Creation and artwork for social media.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Friendly, professional and customer focused.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- A confident communicator with good organisational skills.

- Adaptable to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in event coordination, hospitality, tourism or a similar role.

- Qualification or studies in Events Management, Tourism or Hospitality (desirable).

- Current Driver's Licence.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Event-Brite and Excel.

- RSA (or willingness to obtain).
